Editorial by Edoardo Longa, Director Assoimmmobiliare
On the 20th of May the legislative decree on state property federalism has been enforced.
This decree hands over a great amount of state properties to local authorities: real estates, beaches, lakes and rivers, harbours and airports.
It represents an important heritage which, according to one of the first estimates, consists of 10.000 lands and real estates such as military stations and unused properties, 5000 km of beaches, 550 square km of lakes, resulting in approximately 3200 million Euros, which at the moment makes the Government only a couple of hundred millions.
The decree might be published on the Gazzetta Ufficiale in the next couple of days, and will therefore be quickly enforced, according to time schedule of the 21st of May, which was set by the law that does not require the parliament’s approval.

GRUPPO VONA IS IN OPUS REAL ESTATE
Just a few months after its creation, Opus Real Estate, a
venetian consortium of the most dynamic industries in the
North East of Italy, reaffirms their importance on a
national level allowing Gruppo Vona to join them.
According to managing director Pierluigi Nalin “the excellence network
represented by Gruppo Vona allows the achievement of our main goal, i
n other words the aggregation of a selected number of complementary
players and qualified professionals, which can guarantee the highest
quality standards and cover the entire construction process value”.
A CLASSROOM IN ONE OF OUR CONSTRUCTION SITES
Bologna’s “Istituto Edile” and Ausl inspectors carried out a training
session in one of our construction sites in San Lazzero di Savena (BO).
They used the site as a practical and efficient training environment,
for those participating to the construction site health and safety
coordinators’ course of 2010.
Allowing the use of a construction site as classroom, reflects our commitment in trying to improve workers health and safety conditions on construction sites, which is definitely a current issue that needs to be made aware in order to improve health and safety conditions.
